Miso 

Sanchi Miso is authentic Japanese soybean purée which is naturally aged in wooden kegs. Each region of Japan has created its own characteristic miso using a different recipe and cereal grain. Sanchi has selected a classic range of the most popular traditional miso of Japan.

Miso is a rich seasoning base for soups, stews, casseroles, dips, spreads and sauces. Depending on the variety of Miso the taste can vary from salty savoury to sweet, earthy and fruity.
