Sanchi Organic Mugi (Soya Beans & Barley) Miso


Aged in wooden kegs over a period of 18 months, Mugi is a rich, savoury tasting miso ideal for general use.

Uses

As a rich seasoning base for soups, stews, casseroles, dips, spreads and sauces.
